ROCK BOTTOM & SUICIDAL THOUGHTS

In September 2000 I had almost hit rock bottom.  I found out that my fiancé had an affair and that he was leaving me for ‘affairee’ number 2 (I know that’s not really a word).  I was physically ill and didn’t have the energy to work full time so I’d given up my job working at an investment bank in the city and went back to professional study.  

So, within the space of a few weeks I was ‘boyfriendless’ had no income, was ill, and had to add to that the emotional shame and humiliation of having to admit my partner had cheated on me.  Could it get any worse.  Well apparently yes, that was when I also made my first ever call to The Samaritans.  Ah, the good old days!

Just before all of that hit the proverbial fan, I had booked myself on a personal development course. I had a Business Degree, a Post Graduate Marketing Diploma and was studying to be an Accountant so talk of the unconscious mind, changing beliefs, and letting go of old negative emotions was all very alien to me.  Given the darkness of my situation I decided to cancel the course because there were far more important things that I could do with the £4,000 investment. 

It was my ex who convinced me to go ahead.  He pointed out that despite it’s weirdness I seemed to be looking forward to the course and that it might be just what I needed.  Sceptical though I was I took his advice and decided to go ahead.

The rest, as they say is history.  Despite of and in spite of myself my life changed and transformed forever (hence the name of my company) and in terms of my emotional health and wellbeing I’ve not looked back since.

The resolution stage involves a number of options and is typically a mixture of Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis, Huna, DNA Theta Healing and NLP linguistic resourcing.  It really depends upon the individual, so no 2 sessions are the same.
• Ø  Finally having released and resolved old emotions, limiting beliefs and emotional baggage and blocks from the past we do some future pacing and work with your time line to start creating your future. 

I know for some people 8-hours sounds like a long time, but when you compare that to how long they’ve been holding on to their old staff and the impact that it’s had on their lives, 8-hours is pretty good going.
